1,780,119 Bulgarian citizens have supported the candidate president couple Georgi Parvanov – Amgel Marin at the first round of the presidential elections that were held in Bulgaria on Sunday, October 22nd, 2006, the central Election Commission announced officially today. According to the deputy chairman of the Commission Alexandar Petrov the support given to Parvanov and Marin stands at 64.05%.
